There are two anonymous quotes that I just happened across today, “A hug is worth a thousand words” and “Sometimes it’s better to put love into hugs than to put it into words.”

Wow, that is so true!

My words can just be so meager to represent the depth of my love.

Then there are times where I just do not have the words.  I do not have a clue what to say.  Any attempt at words would just fall so short.

Give a hug.  Give lots of hugs.

Show someone that you love them.  Show someone you care.  Wrap your arms around them.  Hold them close to you.

Short hugs.  Long hugs.  Tear filled sad hugs.  Giggly goofy hugs.  Super duper run and jump hugs.  Any kind of hugs.

Just give them.  Give them generously.  Give them often.

You never know how badly someone might be needing one.  You might not even realize that how much you yourself were longing for one.
